Forms of Payment

We currently accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.  We also accept Paypal & Apple Pay.

Shipping

We only ship to US addresses, exclusively via UPS. All in stock orders are shipped within 3 business days. We offer FREE shipping via UPS Ground, and subsidize express shipping.  UPS 2nd Day Air shipping charges are a flat $15.00 per order. Next Day Air Saver is $25.00. Shortly after your order is prepared for shipping, you will be notified via e-mail with a UPS tracking number.

Returns

Simply put, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return new and unworn merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase.   The merchandise amount will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for (the original shipping fee is non-refundable). If you choose to return your item(s), please contact us for a non-refundable $5 pre-paid UPS return label which will be emailed to you using the email address on your order. Items marked "Final Sale" are not returnable or exchangeable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are FREE. Just request a replacement item on the enclosed return/exchange form and contact us for a FREE pre-paid UPS return label to send your item(s) back. Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. If you are afraid the item you need is going to sell out, you can always place a new order rather than request an exchange or call us to put the item on hold.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax in all states as required by law.  The appropriate sales tax will be calculated and added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

Unfortunately we can NOT:

     Guarantee next day delivery

     Ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO mailboxes

     Ship internationally

     Cover additional shipping costs incurred using a third-party shipping partner

Sale & Price Adjustments

If an item you order goes on sale or is reduced in price within 7 days of your original purchase we will refund the difference. Not valid on one day sales.

Errors & Inaccuracies

Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, up-to-date information on our Web site. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any Web site is completely free of human or technological errors. This site may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and some information may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions -- including after an order has been submitted -- and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
